Dear Sirs, 

Please refer our Circular No.APNS/2010/232 dated November 20, 2010 wherein you were advised not to accept any advertisement of the above client due to non-payment of outstanding dues of M/s. Kenad (Pvt.) Ltd.   

We are pleased to inform you that M/s. Kenad (Pvt.) Ltd. has agreed the schedule of payment provided by NCA and requested to restore its business. We have therefore, decided to restore their business of the National College of Arts with immediate effect.
