Sub: Appointment of M/s. Sui Southern Gas Company Ltd 

Dear Sirs, 

The above client had appointed 06 advertising agencies on quarterly basis which was not accepted by APNS being contrary to APNS bifurcation  rules.  In  a meeting held at APNS office today , the client has assured to provide the bifurcation as per APNS rules before April 30, 2011 and requested us to allow their ads as per existing bifurcation as a special case. The client has provided NOCs of existing advertising agencies. 

On the request of SSGC, we as gesture of good will have agreed to allow their ads as per following bifurcation till April 30, 2011: 

International Advertising
For Tender Advertising , Winter Safety and High Gas Bill Campaign 

Kimco Advertising 
For Operational Advertising and Conservation Campaign 

Argus Advertising
For Corporate and use of Generator Ads 

Prestige Communications
For Defaulter Campaign 

Wahedna D’Arcy
For UFG Campaign 

Manhattan International
For Conservation Campaign

Member publications are hereby advised to accept the ads of the above clients as per above arrangements till April 30, 2011.
