Dear Sirs, 

Please refer our Circular No.APNS/2010/231 dated November 20, 2010 wherein you were advised not to accept any advertisement of the above client due to non-payment of outstanding dues of M/s. TNI Communications. 

We are pleased to inform you that M/s. TNI Communications has provided clearance and stated that the above clients cleared all the dues of TNI. We have therefore, decided to restored their business with immediate effect.
