Sub:    Restoration of  Advertisements of  M/s. Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA) 

Dear Sirs, 

Please refer to our Circular No.APNS/2011/05 dated  January 7, 2011 regarding suspension of the business of WAPDA wherein you were advised not to accept any advertisement of WAPDA including CENCOs, NTDC, Residual WAPDA and PEPCO Headquarters ads due to non-payment of outstanding dues of M/s. Mass Advertising (Pvt.) Ltd.  

We are pleased to inform you that M/s. Mass Advertising (Pvt.) Ltd. has agreed the schedule of payment provided by WAPDA and requested to restore its business. We have therefore, decided to restore the business  of the above clients except the ads of PEPCO with immediate effect. 

Member publications are hereby advised to accept the ads of WAPDA including CENCOs, NTDC, Residual WAPDA. Please note that PEPCO would remain suspended.
