Nazafreen Saigol Lakhani is the Chief Executive Officer of the Dawn Media Group, one of the oldest and largest media companies in Pakistan.
Nazafreen joined DMG in 2006 and has served in various leadership roles across the group's television, print, radio, digital and entertainment divisions. As Managing Director of Kohinoor Airwaves (2013 to date), she played a key role in repositioning the City FM89 radio station, today one of the country's most popular broadcasters of hit music and entertainment. As Managing Director of Aurora Broadcasting Services (2014 to date), she led the team that launched DawnNews TV, Pakistan's first English language television channel, in 2007, and was instrumental in pivoting the channel from English to Urdu in 2010.
In her current role, Nazafreen works alongside the Chief Executive Officer of DMG and oversees all aspects of the business from a strategic and operational perspective. She is particularly keen to ensure that Dawn remains at the forefront of innovations in Pakistan's growing digital media landscape.

Nazafreen has an LLB in Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from BPP University.

Imtinan Shahid Editor Daily Khabrain and Daily Naya Akhbar, Managing Editor Daily The Post and Daily Khabroon holds Master Degree in Mass Communication and has 10 years experience in this field. He served as a Columnist, Writer and Reporter for Daily Pakistan and presently working as Editor of Daily Khabrain and Daily Naya Akhbar. He was Vice President of the APNS for the year 2008-09. he served as member of the Executive Committee for the year 2010-2011.

Mohammad Aslam Kazi son of late Mohammad Akber Kazi was born at Hyderabad, Sindh. After doing his Masters in Economics from Sindh University, he first joined Banking Service and was posted in Doha, Qatar and London. Later he joined Journalism in the year 1976 as Editor of Sindhi Daily Sindh News and English Daily Sindh Observer. He launched Daily Kawish Hyderabad in 1990 as its Chief Editor. Within the short span of time, the Publication of Kawish Hyderabad became the highest circulated Sindhi Daily of Pakistan. He also started Daily Koshish and Eveninger, Sindhi Daily Shaam, Hyderabad.

He served in APNS, a prestigious body of the Newspaper industry as its Sr. Vice President, General Secretary and Finance Secretary besides Executive Committee for several terms.

He is one of the pioneer members of Pakistan Broadcasters Association (PBA) and has served PBA as Chairman and General Secretary.

He is very fond of reading books particularly History and has good collection of books in his personal Library. He also traveled widely and visited Americas, Europe, Middle East and south and Far East of Asia.

Sarmad Ali is Managing Director at the Jang Media Group, Pakistan’s largest media conglomerate having presence in Print, Broadcast and the Digital space.  He is responsible for the group’s revenue function.

Sarmad Ali has over twenty-five years of experience in marketing, advertising and media management.  He has been associated with the Jang Group since 1994 when he joined the group as Executive Director of the English daily “The News”.  Under his stewardship, The News became one of Pakistan’s two premier English dailies.  In 1997 he took over as the Group’s Executive Director, Marketing & Sales and in 2006 was promoted as Managing Director.

Prior to joining the Jang Group, Sarmad has been associated with some of the country’s leading advertising agencies including IAL/Saatchi, where he worked as Director Client Service from 1987 to 1993.

He is presently President of the All Pakistan Newspapers Society (APNS) and has previously served as its Secretary General and Joint Secretary.  He is also President of the International Advertising Association’s Pakistan Chapter and serves on IAA’s Global Board of Directors.  Sarmad also serves on the council of the World Branding Forum.  He is Board member and Treasurer of the Management Association of Pakistan. He is the Chairman of the Ad-Asia 2019 organizing committee.

Described as of one of Pakistan’s marketing thought leaders, Sarmad has been thrice the President of the Marketing Association of Pakistan.  In 1999, he was awarded the coveted Marketing Excellence Award for his contribution in the field of marketing,  Ranked amongst Pakistan’s top 100 Business Leaders, Sarmad received the Asian Brand Leadership Award from the Asian Brand Congress in 2007 and the 50 Most Talented CMOs Award at the World Marketing Summit in 2013.

In 2013, the President of Pakistan conferred upon Sarmad the Sitara-I-Imtiaz, Pakistan’s third highest Civil Award.

He serves on the Governing Board of the Intellectual Property Organization, Cabinet Division, Government of Pakistan and has also served in the past, as member of the Prime Minister’s Task Force on Privatization and Investment in 2003 and as member of the Sindh I. T. Board from 2000–2003.

Sarmad has also been on the Jury of the Global AME Awards (Advertising & Marketing Effectiveness) as well as the M&M Global Media Marketing & Advertising Awards and INMA (International News Media Association) awards.

Sarmad is also on the Board of Directors of the Pakistan Parkinson’s Society and Board of Governors of the Friends of the Burns Centre.

He holds a Master degree from Villanova University, Pa, USA.

Syed Muhammad Munir Jilani born on 1st June, 1964 at Faisalabad. M.A Journalism with Roll of Honour, from Punjab University Lahore, Chief Editor Daily Paigham, Faisalabad, Lahore. He started his career in journalism in 1983 as Editor-in-Charge. Also worked with Mashriq and APP for some time in 1988 and then assumed the charge of Chief Editor Daily Paigham. He was Joint Secretary CPNE for the year 2005-2006. He is serving Executive Committee of the APNS for the last 15 years

Mr. Shahab Zuberi, a Broadcaster by profession, is a Group Chief of Business Recorder Group since one and a half decade. The Recorder Group is comprised of premium News and Entertainment Channels, named Aaj News and Aaj Entertainment plus an established Financial daily, Business Recorder. Mr. Zuberi has been the President of the prestigious Digital Publisher Association of Pakistan, ( DPAP) , a member organisation for all the major Print and Electronic media in Pakistan. Before heading as founder chief Of Aaj TV , Shahab Zuberi enjoyed an 18 years rich experience of holding top media & management Positions including Regional Director NTM ( first private TV ) ; CEO of Weekend World ( marketing Comany of PTV World) and Regional Direction of Interflow. Being a content associates with BBC , VOA & DW , Mr. Zuberi has a vast knowledge of international media working & operations. He has travelled world over as a keynote speaker in different world media forums. A true visionary & marketing guru, Shahab Zuberi belongs to one of the most learned Zuberi family of Pakistan who played key role in the development of the country.
