Sub:    Suspension of Business of  M/s. Samsung Electronic Co. Ltd. 

Dear Sirs, 

Please refer to our Circular No.APNS/2010/252 dated December 04, 2010 wherein we had provisionally restored the advertisements of above clients as their new advertising agency had provided a cheque of Rs.1.393,566/-  

We have to inform you that  the above cheque was returned unpaid by their banker.  

Member publications are hereby, advised not to accept any advertisements of  the above clients till further communication by the APNS.
