SUB:   DUES AGAINST SINDH GOVT. UPTO DECEMBER 2009.

Dear Sirs,

This refers to our circular No.APNS/2010/229 dated November 15, 2010, wherein we had requested you to provide us the statement of your outstanding bills against Sindh Information upto December 2009 latest by November 22, 2009.

The above information was required as the Advisor and the Secretary Information had stated that the Sindh Information has cleared all the pending dues of publications against advertisements except few major publications.

We regret to inform you that despite the above request we have not received any response from your side, we are therefore constrained to presume that you have received the payment from Sindh Government and there is noting outstanding.

However, if your claims against Sindh Information Department upto December 2009 are still outstanding, please provide your statement as per following format:

We shall appreciate if you will kindly send us your reply latest by December 20, 2010 positively, else the APNS will not entertain your claim to recover your dues upto December 2009 from the Sindh Information Department.
