Dear Sirs, 

Please refer to our Circular No.APNS/2010/246 dated  December 03, 2010 regarding suspension of the business of  the above clients. 

The client has deposited a Cheque of Rs.1,393,566/- as trust-money for arbitration regarding MCM outstanding dues. We have therefore, decided to provisionally restore the business of the above clients. 

Member publications are hereby advised to accept the advertisements of the above clients as per following arrangements :
