Please refer our circular No.APNS/2010/243 dated November 29, 2010 regarding suspension of Business of M/s. Port Qasim Authority.

The above client has deposited claimed amount of M/s. Paragon Advertising as trust money with APNS and requested us to restore their business pending decision of reconciliation committee.

We hereby issue this provisional clearance certificate. You are therefore advised to accept the advertisements of the above clients as per bifurcation  mentioned in our circular No.APNS/2010/187 dated September 16, 2010.
