Sub:    Schedule of Payment by M/s. Thoughts.

Dear Sir,

M/s. Thoughts (Pvt.) Ltd. Was suspended on August 18, 2009 for default of payment towards the reported dues of member publications pertaining to May – June, 2009 clearance period. The total outstanding dues against the agency as reported to APNS are Rs.7.76 million.

We have received a letter from the agency wherein they have requested restoration of the agency and proposed the following schedule of payment (after reconciliation ) to settle the reported dues of member publications :

1. Rs.1.5 million on restoration.
2. Rs.1.2 million in June 2010.
3. Remaining Rs.3 million in 10 equal installments along with each due clearance.

The APNS Clearance Rules provide the consent of the major claimants to accept the default restructuring of a suspended agency. We request you to kindly inform us your acceptance / rejection of the above schedule within 07 days of the receipt of this letter. On receipt of your comments, the decision will be taken as per rules of the Society.
