Dear Sirs,
This refers our Circular No.APNS/2008/181 dated December 3, 2008 regarding suspension of the above accredited agency.
We are pleased to inform you that the above agency has provided us a schedule of payment which is consisting of 12 monthly installments towards the reported dues of member publications alongwith withdrawal of complaints from some member publications. We have therefore, decided to restore the business of the above accredited agency on conditional basis. Member publications are advised to accept the advertisements released by the above agency on receipt of 60 Days postdated cheques with the release orders.
Please note that following agencies remained suspended, hence the advertisements of their clients should not be published through any source:
