Sub:    List of Invitees for 20^th APNS Award Ceremony.

Dear Sirs,

We are pleased to inform you that the 20^th APNS Annual Awards Ceremony is scheduled to be held in 2^nd half  of February, 2010 at Lahore. The President of Pakistan, Mr. Asif Ali Zardari has been requested to grace the occasion.

In order to finalize the list of invitees in time, you are requested to provide us the name of any one person from your publication who will attend this function on your behalf. Please ensure that your reply reaches us latest by February 08, 2010.

In case, no reply is received by the above date, we shall be constrained to issue an invitation card in the name of person invited in the last APNS Award. Since we have a short time left at our disposal, any change in the name after the invitation card is issued would not be possible.
