Sub:    Dues against Sindh Govt. upto December 2009. 

Dear Sirs, 

We have to inform you that the Advisor to the CM Sindh on Information, Ms. Sharmila Farooqi, Secretary Information, Syed Mumtaz Shah and DG Information, Syed Safdar Ali Shah attended the meeting of the Sindh Committee held on November 13, 2010 at APNS Office, Karachi. The Convener of the Committee, Mr. Javed Mehr Shamsi raised various issues of concern for publications based in Sindh including long pending dues of member publications against Sindh Information. 

We have to inform you that during the meeting, the Advisor and the Secretary Information stated that the Sindh Information has cleared all the pending dues of publications against advertisements upto December 2009 except few major publications. 

We shall be grateful, if you will kindly confirm the above contention and if your bills upto December 2009 are still outstanding against Sindh Information, kindly provide us the statements to APNS and reconcile the outstanding if any with the Director Advertisement, Sindh Information, Mr. Muhammad Shafique by Monday, November 22, 2010 positively. 

You are requested to send your statement alongwith relevant documents for taking up the matter with the Sindh Information Department  for verification.
