Dear Sirs,

This refers our Circular No.APNS/2009/234 dated November 07, 2009  wherein you were requested not to publish the advertisements of M/s. Emaar Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd.  through sources other than  M/s. M Communications (Pvt.) Ltd..

We are pleased to inform you that through the arbitration by the President, APNS, Mr. Hameed Haroon, the dispute between M/s. Emaar and M/s. M Communications has been settled. M/s. Emaar has made the payment to APNS as per Arbitration Award. We have therefore, decided to withdraw the above referred circular with immediate effect.

Member publications are hereby requested to accept the advertisements of the above client through any source.
