Dear Sirs,
This refers our Circular No.APNS/2010/25 dated January 26, 2010 regarding suspension of the above accredited agency.
We are pleased to inform you that the above agency has settled the 60% of the reported dues and assured the balance payment would be made by March 06, 2010. We have therefore, decided to restore the business of the above accredited agency on conditional basis. Member publications are advised to accept the advertisements released by the above agency on receipt of 75 Days postdated cheques with the release orders.
Please note that following agencies remained suspended, hence the advertisements of their clients should not be published through any source:
