Dear Sirs,

This refers our Circular No.APNS/2009/255 dated December 7, 2009 regarding suspension of the above accredited agency.

We are pleased to inform you that the above agency has cleared the reported July-August 2009 of our member publications. We have therefore, decided to restore the business of the above accredited agency with immediate effect. Member publications are advised to accept the advertisements released by the above agency as usual.
